Delivery

Thepurchaser bears the shipping cost and respective price information is displayed next to the shipping method.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail service.

All shipments generally arrive at the destination specified by the purchaser within 5-7 business days of the date of entry into force of the contract of sale. The delivery from this shop can take from 5 working days up to 3-4 weeks.

We have the right to ship goods in up to 45 calendar days in exceptional cases.

Returns& Refunds

We sell only high end permanent make-up equipment, so you are highly unlikely to experience any issues with our supplied products.

In the unlikely event that you would like to return an item, we offer a full 14 day money back guarantee (less delivery costs) on all items returned to us so long as they are in the exact same brand new sealed condition as they were when they arrived with you.

The right for return does not apply if the purchaser is a legal person.

Any items returned, subject to the above, which are not in the condition they were on dispatch may be subject to a 10% re-packing charge or, in some cases, a refund may be refused altogether. In such instances, it is down to the customer to either collect the item(s) from us or pay a charge for redelivery.

Any returnable items which may seem faulty and are within warranty can be sent back to us for repair/replacement. It is the customer’s responsibility to pack the items well so they arrive back with us safely. We would recommend using an insured, trackable service. Once received, if after testing the product is found to have no actual fault and is just down to poor troubleshooting, it is again down to the customer to collect the item(s) from us or pay a redelivery charge.

The goods must be returned within 14 days after they there received.

The online store has the right to refuse to make a refund until the goods being returned are received.

The online store has the right to cancel the sale and demand that the goods be returned by the purchaser if the marked price of the goods in the online store is significantly lower that the market price of the goods due to an error.

In some cases, we may accept a return even if the instructions are not followed, however, we may withhold a restocking fee and shipping cost.
